AI agents for insurance agencies that do the paperwork — COIs, submissions, AMS updates — so producers stay with clients.

OVERVIEW
Insurance runs on paperwork nobody wants to do. COIs, ACORDs, carrier submissions, AMS updates — hours of repetitive work that keep producers off the phone and away from clients. Acolite automates that backstage layer. The product is invisible by design, so the site had to make invisible work feel valuable. You can't show a screenshot of "time saved." You have to make people feel the relief.

Our goal was to sell calm. The audience is overworked agency staff, not tech founders chasing the next tool. So the design leans clear and reassuring — open sky, plain language, real workflows shown step by step. The promise is not "more AI." It is "less on your plate."

THE CHALLENGE
Make invisible work feel worth it
Acolite's whole value happens behind the scenes. No customer ever talks to the AI, no flashy chat demo to show off. So the challenge was selling something you can't see. Insurance buyers are conservative — they trust process, not hype. The answer was to show the work itself. Real AMS names, actual ACORD flows, the exact sequence an agent runs. Concrete over clever. The page convinces by being specific about plumbing most products would hide.

DIRECTION
Three decisions
Open sky, not dark tech
Insurance software is grey and heavy. Acolite goes the other way — blue sky, light surfaces, room to breathe. The product removes weight from people's day, so the page has to feel light too.

Name the real tools
Applied Epic. AMS360. EZLinx. ACORDs. The page speaks the buyer's exact vocabulary. Conservative industries trust specifics, so the design puts real system names and real workflows up front, not abstract "integrations."

02
Show the flow, not the magic
The how-it-works is a literal diagram — forward an email, validate, branch into COI / submission / SOV. No black box. Showing the steps is what earns trust from people who do these steps by hand today.

RESULT
Software that gets out of the way
Acolite launched as a landing page that sells relief, not robots. Light where insurance software is heavy, specific where most AI is vague, transparent where others hide the machine. The design carries the product's real promise — invisible work, done, so people can stay with people. Less on the plate, shown clearly.
