2. What We Offer

We provide:

• Framer templates (digital products)

• Website, UX/UI design, branding services

• Content, articles, and educational material

All designs, templates, text, graphics, and code on this website belong to Luna UI Design Studio unless stated otherwise.

3. Using Our Website & Content

You agree to:

• Use the website legally and respectfully

• Not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates, images, text, or design as your own

• Not attempt to hack, break, or misuse the website

Everything on this website is protected by copyright.

4. Template Purchases & Licensing

When you buy a template from Framer Marketplace or Lemon Squeezy, you receive a license to use it — you do not own the design.

You can:

• Use the template for personal or commercial projects

• Edit, customize, and modify it for your brand or client

You cannot:

1. Resell or share the template as a downloadable product

2. Claim the original design as your own

3. Publish it on marketplaces (Framer, Gumroad, ThemeForest, etc.) without our written permission

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Framer Marketplace or Lemon Squeezy

• Luna UI does not store or receive your card details

• Because templates are digital products, all sales are final

• Refunds are only possible if:

  • You were charged by mistake

  • You cannot access the file and we cannot fix it

  • You have not downloaded the product

  
  

6. Design Services (Custom Projects)

For custom design work (websites, UX/UI, branding):

• Work starts after a signed agreement or deposit

• Timelines and number of revisions are defined in the proposal

• Final delivery includes Figma/Framer files or assets mentioned in the contract

• Source rights (full ownership) are transferred only if agreed in writing and paid for

7. Newsletter & Communication

• You receive emails only if you subscribe or contact us

• You can unsubscribe anytime

• We don’t send spam or sell your email

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide high-quality templates and designs.

However, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of profit, data, or business opportunities

• Technical issues on your website or hosting

• Incorrect use, edits, or third-party changes to our templates

Use our templates and website at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

If changes are major, we will notify users via website or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Israel.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site — including templates, layouts, images, text, graphics, animations, and code — is the intellectual property of Luna UI Design Studio.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or use our work for training AI models or create derivative templates for resale without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action under international copyright law.
